Cancellation & Refund Policy

Yes. We offer refunds in special circumstances where the work delivered is genuinely not satisfactory. The refund amount depends on the type of project and how much work had been completed up to the point of the refund request.

As a policy, we sign a binding contract with every client before starting work. If a project is paused or stopped, an appropriate adjustment is made according to the contract terms. However, we do not provide a refund simply because a client asks to pause or terminate an active work order.

This is treated as a special case — we evaluate the issue and decide on a case-by-case basis. In general, once a project is completed we are unable to refund the amount paid. Depending on the output quality and your requirements, we may instead offer additional services to make things right.

We work on projects of every type and scale, so timelines vary. For each project we share specific refund instructions in advance, so you always know up to which point in the timeline a refund can be processed.

Yes, we do — but it depends on whether the cancelled services are standalone or an extension of another service. In some cases, instead of refunding the cancelled portion, we adjust the value by offering more of the services you have already booked.

Our rates are fixed based on the work each service genuinely requires. We follow a unique delivery and execution model that ensures quality results and timely turnarounds, so we charge what reflects the value we create for your brand. Prices cannot be dropped unless there is a meaningful reduction in the scope of work required.

We always aim to deliver every project and milestone within the agreed timeframe. If a delay does occur on our side, we do not issue a refund — instead we assign additional resources from our team so your project is delivered as quickly as possible.
